Package: Terms & Conditions
1. The package is only valid during ‘low season’.
2. Only applicable to bookings made within 45 days of arrival (subject to availability).
3. Above rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge.
4. A 50% deposit of the total rental amount to be received by Villahaven within five (5) working days after
confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within fourteen (14) days prior arrival
of reservation. If the booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment (100%) is required.
5. Payment is non refundable.
LOW SEASONS SCHEDULE
January 9 to 30 Jun (inclusive) - Excluding Easter & CNY week (Chinese New Year and Easter subject to calendar year).
September 16 to December 19 (inclusive).
