very relaxing
and we enjoyed
our stay
at Uma Sapna
very much.
The service
was great and
villas fantastic;
I think they
just had a
couple of teething
problems as
they were the
brand new villas
- things like
hot water not
working on
first day,
no sun loungers
until we
asked for them
and there was
a problem with
the doorbell
going off
every 20 minutes
or so due to
wiring problems
between all
the villas,
which I think
they maybe
should have
checked before
guests checked
in but otherwise
this was pretty
minor and we
enjoyed it
very much.Thank
you also for
your excellent
service with
booking our accommodation;
you were very
helpful and efficient
and made it all
very easy and
painless
for me!
The
villa was
first-rate
and proved
to be everything
we expected.
The staff
was incredibly
attentive
and compromising
to any
and all
requests.
In fact,
I recommended
it to some
friends
who have
already
utilized
it. It
is the
ideal romantic
getaway
for a few
days in
Bali. Thank
you for
the service
and the
excellent
rate as
it cannot
be overstated
that it
is an incredible
deal at
the last
minute
rate offered.

was our
first trip
to Bali
but a trip
that we
will never
forget.
Especially
our stay
in Villa
de Daun
was fantastic.
We have
always
been staying
in hotels
but this
time we've
decided
to stay
in a villa
based on
your recommendation.
Based on
our experience
and for
the price
we paid,
we will
never go
back to
hotels
again.
Being
at home away
from home is
very important
for our family
as we wanted
everyone to
enjoy the holidays
and yet have
the comforts
and privacy
of being at
home. Staying
in a villa
was perfect
and lots of
space for the
kids to run
about.

very good. The villa
was very clean and
service was very good
as well.
Just one comment about the food - the beef for the dinner and lunch was cooked
well done which made it very tough. Perhaps the kitchen should ask the guests
how they will like their beef to be done to make the meal more enjoyable.
Apart from the food, everything was great and I would love to stay at Uma Sapna
again!
