The Spa Reservation Information:

Appointment:
Spa services at The Spa at Uma Sapna are limited; we recommended that reservation be made in advance.

Transfer Services:
Free transportation is provided from/to Kuta area. This free transportation is valid for a total minimum value at USD 100.00.

Gift Certificate:
Gift certificates are available at our Guest Relation for a specific amount of services.

Cancellation policy:
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our trained therapists. Any cancellation notice less than 4 hours from the original appointments will be charged at 50% cancellation fee. Please advice us a credit card number to secure your reservation.

Payment for Spa Services:
The Spa at Uma Sapna accepts cash and major credit cards. Hotel guest may charge spa services and product to their room account. For your convenience, payment is accepted upon check in for your treatment.

Being late for the appointment:
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Regardless of when your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed.
